Deficit.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.

It does make me feel less adulty.

Caffeine calms me and helps me focus.

But I still manage to hyperfocus and dissociate just too much.

I fidget.

I zone out.

I lose hours of time if I’m hyperfocused.

I lose hours of time if I dissociate.

Difference is the amount accomplished, usually.

As a designer I can get lots of work done with amazing attention to detail.

Or get nothing done and have NO IDEA how the time got away.
